By purchasing, downloading, or using the Mochi & Snow desktop application ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software and request a refund within 7 days as described in our Refund Policy.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on any computer that you personally own or control. You may use it for as long as you wish. The licence is for the version you purchased and for any updates we publish for that product, which are provided free of charge.
The Software, including the characters Mochi and Snow, all artwork, animations, code, documentation, and the bundled wallpapers, remains the property of the Studio and is protected by copyright. You receive a licence to use it, not ownership of it. The names "Mochi & Snow" and the character designs are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are clearly displayed on the pricing section of our website before purchase. Payment is processed by Creem, acting as merchant of record. Pricing may change at any time, but never retroactively for licences already purchased.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason or for no reason. The process is described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Upon successful payment you receive a download link by email. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact support@mochiandsnow.com.
The Software requires a 64-bit version of Windows 10 or 11. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that it will run on every hardware or software configuration.
The Software is not digitally code-signed. Some browsers and operating systems display warnings for unsigned software, and some antivirus engines may flag applications that move windows around. We describe how to verify and allow-list the Software in the documentation included in your download. The Software makes no network connections.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Software is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms for future versions of the Software or for legal reasons. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
This licence terminates automatically if you materially breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete your copies.
